These terms govern use of this website. Client services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls for the relevant services.

Website information is general and may change without notice. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, nor a guarantee of availability, results, rankings, revenue, advertising approval or platform performance.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Services, scope, timing, fees, payment terms, responsibilities and deliverables become binding only when confirmed in writing by authorized parties.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely instructions, accurate information, necessary access, legal rights to supplied materials, approvals and compliance obligations relating to their business, advertising, products and markets.
5. Intellectual property
This website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Efforts Marketing Limited. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement.
6. Third-party services
Marketing work may depend on advertising platforms, search engines, hosting providers, software and other third parties. Their availability, policies and decisions are outside our control. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Specific service liability terms are set out in the applicable client agreement.
8. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version.
